Refund Policy

At Headlight Revives, we aim to provide every customer with the best headlight restoration experience possible. That said, we're a small business, and our time, effort, and materials are valuable. Here’s our official refund policy:

✅ Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the result at the time of service, let us know before we leave, and we’ll do our best to correct it on the spot.

❌ No Refunds After Completion

All services are non-refundable once completed and approved by the customer. Once we’ve restored your headlights and you've accepted the job, all sales are final.

🔁 Redo or Touch-Up (Case-by-Case)

If for some reason your headlights begin to fade or haze again within [X days, like 7–14] of the service, you may contact us for a free or discounted touch-up, depending on the situation.

  • Must provide photo proof and/or let us inspect in person.

  • This does not apply if you declined sealant/protectant.

💼 Prepaid Bookings / Deposits

If we ever accept prepayments or deposits for appointments:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

🧽 Product Refunds

If you purchase a product (like wipes, sprays, or kits) from us directly:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for a refund.

  • Opened/used products are not eligible for return.
